My name is Rob Campbell, your Chairman. Welcome to the 33rd Annual Meeting for Tourism Holdings Limited. As we have a quorum present, and it's 2 p.m., I declare the annual meeting open. Before we move on to the agenda, I will cover a couple of housekeeping matters.
