Thank you, Ryan. And I'm very, very pleased to be here. My name is Kimbal Riley, CEO of Vista group. Really pleased to be here to talk about our company and about our results for the first half of 2022.
The first thing I want to talk about is who we are and why we're here. Our purpose is to bring more people together to experience the magic of movies and cinema by creating the platform that connects the industry and powers the moviegoer experience. That's our purpose. Who are we? We're a global technology company delivering mission critical solutions to the world's leading cinemas and studios.
Our market is the film industry globally. We have customers in over 100 countries, and our global market share of the enterprise cinema space is over 50% excluding China. To give you a sense of the scale of the business. Over 1 billion tickets are transacted through systems that are powered by Vista technology every year.
