Welcome to the Atlas Corp. Conference Call to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. I would like to remind everyone that this conference call is being recorded today, May 5, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time and will be available for replay starting today at 11:38 a.m. Eastern time.

Hosting the call today are Bing Chen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas; Peter Curtis, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial and Technical Officer of Seaspan; and Ryan Courson, Chief Financial Officer of Atlas.
