Thank you, and good afternoon, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Atlas Corp. I'm Bing Chen, President and CEO of Atlas. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today. We are excited to be hosting our virtual meeting, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders. We have shareholders attending via the Web portal as well as the 800 numbers that we have provided.
We will conduct the business portion of our meeting first, including an opportunity for our shareholder questions or comments about the proposal. Only validated shareholders may ask questions or make comments in the designated field of the Web portal. After the formal meeting, I will provide a brief presentation.
