All right. Good afternoon. We will keep the discussions going with Atkore. And very pleased to have David Johnson, CFO of Atkore, with us this afternoon. I'm Joe O'Dea; I lead the multi-industry team at Wells Fargo.
So I think best way to kick it off is we'll just start with a little bit of an overview. And then from there, we'll jump into Q&A. If you have a question at any point in time, please feel free to raise your hand and I'll make sure to get to you. So yeah, I'll turn it over to you, David.
All right. Thank you very much, Joe. Basically, Atkore is an industrial manufacturer. We concentrate -- our main projects are in the electrical, I call it, infrastructure business. So when you look at a building like this or a data center or what have you, you'll have a bunch of electrical infrastructure like conduit and what have you in that building, that's what we make.
So most of the business goes through some sort of distribution
