Authid Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
On behalf of the company, I want to welcome you and thank you for attending this meeting of the stockholders. I would like to introduce our CEO and Director, Tom Thimot; and our non-executive directors, Phil Broenniman, Michael Gorriz, Michael Koehneman, Neepa Patel, Jo Trelin, and Jacqueline White; as well as our President and CTO, Tripp Smith; General Counsel, Graham Arad; and Chief Financial Officer, Annie Pham, who are all in attendance via conference call. I would also like to introduce Johan Martinez, the Senior Manager at the accounting firm of Cherry Bekaert LLP, the company's independent public accountants.
We will first proceed with the formal business of the meeting as set out in the notice, which was sent to all stockholders. We will then then have a presentation by management, followed by a question-and-answer session.
