Great. Thank you, Mark. Good afternoon, everybody. I'm going to be spending some 10 or 15 minutes going through the presentation that you should have available with you.
I'm going to start on Page 3, telling you what's Atlantica. Atlantica is a company focused on sustainable infrastructure, namely power, sustainable infrastructure. As you can see, we own and manage assets, contracted assets, all of them, fully contracted assets, in power generation, mostly renewable energy, transmission and water. As I mentioned, the whole portfolio, as of today, is fully contracted, and we have 18 years of contracts of PPAs in front of us. We are diversified both from a sector point of view, but also from a geographical point of view. So our assets are in North America, but
