Thank you, Ana, and thank you to everyone for joining us on this special call. With me today on the line is Paolo Borromeo, who is Head of our Strategy Group at Ayala Corporation.
I guess we asked -- we were asked to do this call just to lend some color on 2 questions that, basically, I think our friends from the sell side have gotten. I think one is we wanted to speak a little about the transaction that we announced last week of our purchase on the Yoma Group out of Myanmar. And secondly, we just wanted to touch on, I guess, what I would call, quite frankly, the underperformance of our stock, relative to the -- what we believe is our net asset value or even to the performance of the general market.
