Thank you very much for that introduction. Good morning. I am Joe Martin, Chairman of the Brooks Board of Directors. Thank you for joining us virtually today, especially those of you that are our shareholders. We appreciate your taking the time to attend the Brooks Annual Meeting.

I'd like to just make a few comments about the past year before we begin the formal part of the meeting.
