I will now turn the conference over to Bill Transier, the Chairman of the Board.
Thank you, Rachel. Good afternoon, and welcome to everyone. I'm Bill Transier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Battalion Oil Corporation, and I will serve as the Chairman of this meeting.
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Battalion Oil Corporation is hereby called to order. We are joined by all the members of the Board of Directors and the senior management team. In addition, a representative from Deloitte & Touche LLP, the company's independent auditor, has joined us today. We appreciate you taking the time to attend this stockholder meeting, which in light of public health concerns regarding COVID-19 is being held for the first time in virtual format.
