Hello, everybody. I'm John Chen, Chief Executive Officer of BlackBerry Limited and Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. On behalf of the Board and management, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Once again, this year, we are hosting our meeting in a virtual-only format through a live audio webcast to mitigate risks to the health and safety of the company's shareholders, employees and other stakeholders related to the COVID-19.
We have also found that the virtual format is more inclusive and many more shareholders have been able to join us virtually than previously at any of our in-person meeting. Even though the meeting is in the virtual format, procedure has been implemented to ensure that shareholders and proxy holders, regardless of their location will be able to participate in this meeting and engage with us.
Registered shareholders and valid proxy holders who are participating online, will be able to listen to the meeting, submit questions and vote in real time.
