Good morning and welcome to Barco's Capital Markets Day 2019. It's great to see so many of you, a good international mix. Still have some work on the diversity, but -- okay, that's a topic for the next time. Also welcome to the people following us this morning over the webcast.

Well, welcome to One Campus. It is almost 3 years ago to today that we inaugurated our new building, the new headquarter for Barco in Kortrijk.
