With me today, I've got Stephen Stamp, the CEO of Midatech; and Deborah Rathjen, who is the Executive Chair of Bioasis. My name is Tim Metcalfe. I'm Managing Director of IFC Advisory, Midatech's Financial PR and Investor Relations adviser.
This afternoon, Stephen and Deborah are going to take you through a presentation, giving you a lot more information, hopefully, in explaining some of the things about the proposed Bioasis transaction, the funding behind that and answering some of the questions that we've been submitted ahead of this webinar.
