Thank you. Good morning. I'm Hermann Luebbert, Executive Chairman of Biofrontera Inc., and will be presiding over today's virtual meeting of stockholders. On behalf of our company, I want to welcome you to our 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is now formally called to order.
I have an affidavit of mailing from Computershare, attesting as to the mailing on November 14, 2022, of the proxy statement notice of meeting, the company's 10-K, and the proxy card to each stockholder of record of capital stock of the company as of the close of business on November 7, 2022.
