Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is Federico Trucco speaking, President and CEO of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. and Chairman of the meeting. I would like to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Bioceres Crop Solutions. We are webcasting and recording this morning's proceedings so that we can prepare a complete transcript for shareholders and employees unable to attend the meeting.
This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions and to protect the health and safety of our shareholders and employees, this meeting is held both at Linklaters premises in 1290 Avenue in Americas, New York and virtually. We hope to meet you in person next year.
