Thank you. Good afternoon. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Charles Caza, and I am the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of Bird Construction Inc.
We are in the midst of unprecedented and extraordinary times. And this year, the Board and management decided to hold the virtual meeting of shareholders due to the COVID-19 pandemic to safeguard the health and well-being of all attendees. We thank you for attending the meeting.
I would like to note that Bird is permitted to hold the virtual meeting of its shareholders, both under the Ontario Business Corporations Act and through our bylaws.
