Good morning, everyone. I'm very happy to have you all here and to present to you our very exciting project in North America. I'm with Ivar Vatne, our CFO, and together, we will present now.
So most of you will remember the Capital Market Day. And as you know, we said that Europe is our home market and North America will become the focus for our growth. And after a long selection process and assessing multiple targets in the U.S., we're very, very happy that we have identified Verso and worked very hard in the last 3 to 4 months to come to a conclusion of this deal. So before I go into the detail, let me just try to portray what this deal is really all about.
It will allow us to expand in North America and give us a sustainable capacity
