Good morning, everybody, and welcome to Bladex's Investor Day. My name is Carlos Raad, Investor Relations Officer of Bladex. Thank you very much for being here today. We are happy to host this event. In the next couple of hours, you will learn about our unique business model, our new strategic plan, its execution and its potential.
Our Chairman, Miguel Heras, has recorded the message that we will share. And then our CEO, Jorge Salas, will provide an overview of the strategy, followed by the members of our executive team, who will provide more details of the plan and traction to date.
