Welcome, everyone. I'll move fairly rapidly through the presentation. And for those of you who don't have an in-depth knowledge base of how the digital media market works, I'll give you a little bit of background on that as well.
So again, as Dennis did, I'd like to draw your attention to our forward-looking statements. I'm sure all of you have seen this before.
So first of all, the company overview, we're an OTC traded company today, the ticker symbol is BMTM. The company is really entering into a second chapter of its growth. Previously, it was in aggregation of many male oriented websites.
