Q4 2023 Bonheur ASA Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everybody. We are here to present the fourth quarter results for Bonheur ASA after today. My name is Anette Olsen. I am the CEO of Fred. Olsen & Company and Bonheur.
And with me today, I have Richard Olav, who is our CFO, and he will, as usual, do the presentation. In addition to that, we have the CEOs in each of the daughter companies that will come forward to present.
I will start informing you that we today have two of our CEOs that will present for the last time. Ivar Brandvold, who is responsible and CEO for Fred Olsen Renewables. He's now handing over his position to Sofie Olsen Jebsen coming from Fred. Olsen 1848, and she will take over the helm on the March 1. Ivar has done a great job, and I'm very happy that he is going to continue with us as special consultants.
In addition to that, Alexandra Koefoed, who has been the CEO of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, he's leaving us unfortunately. She has done a great job in Windcarrier. She is giving the home to Haakon Magne Ore. Both of these candidates are internal
