Good afternoon, everyone. I, Rajesh Parte, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, welcome you to the 75th Annual General Meeting of Blue Star Limited. Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman, had occupied the Chair. He has joined the meeting from Mumbai office.
Members may please note that this AGM is being held through video conference in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI from time to time. The facility for joining the meeting through video conference is being made available for the members on first come first served basis. Members participating in the AGM through VC shall be reckoned for the purpose of quorum as per Section 103 of the Companies Act 2013.
All members who have joined the meeting are by default kept on mute by the host to avoid any disturbance and ensure smooth conduct of the meeting. The company has received requests from a few members to register themselves as speakers at the meeting. In
