Nocil Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Dear shareholders, my name is Hrishikesh Mafatlal, Chairman of Nocil Limited. And it gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the company. This meeting is being held through video conferencing in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. I would like to sincerely thank you for sparing the time to join us today and for your continued faith in Nocil and in its management.
Before we start the main proceedings of the company, I would like to have the privilege and great pleasure to introduce you to the members of the Board and senior management team. We are truly blessed to have a very strong Board and also a very strong senior management team, members who are all present in person with us today in the boardroom and on the fourth floor of Mafatlal House.
