Thank you, dear moderator. Good afternoon, everyone. I extend a very warm welcome to all of you to the Q1 FY24 earning call of Sarda Energy and Minerals Limited. Today's discussion may include forward-looking statements, which must be considered in conjunction with the risks that the industry in general and our business in particular face and actual results may vary materially.
The company has completed 50 years of it's success journey on 23, June 2023. To commemorate the occasion, the Directors had recommended a special dividend of 75% in addition to the regular dividend of 75%. And it also proposed split of each equity share in 10 share.
