Thank you, Pooja. Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's call to discuss update on proposed transaction with Sony. Hope you all are well and taking good care of yourselves. We have with us today our MD and CEO, Mr. Punit Goenka; CFO, Rohit Gupta; Head of M&A, Vikas Somani; and Head of Strategic Initiatives, Mukund Galgali. We will start with a brief statement from Mr. Goenka and subsequently open the floor for Q&A.
