Thank you, Mike and good afternoon, everyone. Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities welcomes you all to 3Q FY '23 Earnings Conference Call for IFB Industries.
On the onset of the call, I would like to thank the management for giving us the opportunity to host the call. From the management team today, we have Mr. Prabir Chatterjee, Director and CFO; Mr. Rajshankar Ray, MD and CEO of Home Appliances, Mr. Arup Das, Head of Engineering -- Head of Marketing, Engineering Division, and Mr. Anand Reddy, CEO of Motor Division.
