Dear shareholders, hello and very good morning to all of you. I'm Hemal Sadiwala, Company Secretary, welcome you all to the 25th Annual General Meeting of Cera Sanitaryware Limited. [Partial] to the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, the companies are allowed to conduct its Annual General Meeting through video conference facility or other audio visual means. Accordingly, the company is conducting its 25th Annual General Meeting through video conference means.
