Thank you, Rutuja. Good morning. I welcome you all to the Q4 earnings call of KEC. I hope that you and your family are safe and healthy. Let me start with the key updates on the overall performance for the year and Q4 and thereafter talk about each of the respective businesses. We commenced the financial year amidst global upheavals due to COVID-19. The environment continued to be challenging due to a relapse of COVID-19 in many countries, supply chain disruptions and continuous rise in commodity prices and logistic costs.
