Ladies and gentlemen, good day and welcome to the Globus Spirits Limited Q3 FY23 earnings conference call. Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to our earnings call. Sorry about the delayed start today. There were some technical difficulties at our end. At the outset of this call, I'd like to address the recent announcement by the company about the income tax search. This was a routine search that was conducted, and during the search, no unaccounted assets were seized. There was no meaningful impact in business operations during the search, and since the completion of the search, we have not received any assessment or notice from the department. We will, of course, inform SEBI regarding any updates on this from time to time.
