Thank you. Good evening, everyone, and thank you for joining us on Godrej Properties Q2 FY '22 Results Conference Call. We have with us Mr. Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman; Mr. Mohit Malhotra, Managing Director and CEO; and Mr. Rajendra Khetawat, CFO of the company.
