Welcome all. Welcome in such a short notice that you have been able to make it around post our earnings call. As you would be aware, we have made announcement on the stock exchanges regarding our expansion plans in the Cayman Island region. To discuss the same, we have with us a full house today, including Dr. Rupert, who is our CEO and MD; Mr. Kesavan Venugopalan, who is our CFO; Viren Shetty, who is our COO, as well as an Executive Director on the Board of the company; and Ashish Sukhija alongside me from the team.
I think we will have the question-and-answer sessions after we have an initial narrative and a presentation by Viren on this.
