Okay. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the CL Educate Q3 FY '22 Earnings Conference Call. My name is Arjun Wadhwa. I'm the CFO of CL and I'll be your host today. Joining me on this investor conference call today is the senior leadership team of CL. Mr. Satya Narayanan, the Chairman of CL Educate and CEO of our EdTech business; and Mr. Nikhil Mahajan, the Executive Director of Finance and CEO of our MarTech business.
