Thank you, Janice. Good afternoon, everyone. A very warm welcome to our Q3 and 9-month FY '21 earnings conference call. Along with me, I have our Group Managing Director, Mr. Rituraj Sinha; and Mr. Devesh Desai, who's our group CFO.
I hope everyone had a look at our results, which were uploaded to the stock exchange and our website, sisindia.com last evening. We are extremely happy to report a strong and resilient performance by the SIS Group for the 9 months FY '21 and the latest quarter.
