It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Maryse Belanger, Chair of the Board. The floor is yours.
Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of IAMGOLD Corporation. My name is Maryse Belanger and, as Chair of the Board of Directors in accordance with our bylaws, I will chair the meeting.
Joining me are Renaud Adams, President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors; and Tim Bradburn, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The other directors of the company joining us today are Ian Ashby, Christiane Bergevin, Ann Masse, Peter O'Hagan, Kevin O'Kane and David Smith.
