Well, thank you, Mark, for selling that book. Well, in late 2009, I was asked to join the board of restructuring in a transforming story, Delphi Automotive. Delphi, a global automotive supplier, was the predecessor to what is known today as Aptiv, following the spinoff of the Powertrain business in 2017. Delphi's initial CEO, Rod O'Neal, had been handed a bankrupt company in 2007, structurally uncompetitive on many fronts that lacked a vision for the future. As the team worked to dramatically improve its cost and technology competitiveness, it was strategic imperative to have a proven public company CFO to aid in this endeavor. We were very fortunate to recruit Kevin Clark with a demonstrated track record of value creation, dating back to his days at Fisher Scientific. When Rod retired, the board and our investors viewed Kevin as the most logical successor.
