So Steve Byrne, covering U.S. Chemicals for BAML. It's my pleasure to host the Corteva presentation. And joining me up here is Jim Collins. Jim Collins was the Chief Operating Officer of the Ag Division for DuPont, and he is the CEO elect for Corteva, which will be spun out on June 1. Jim's a Chem E by training. He joined DuPont 35 years ago. He's been in a variety of businesses, mostly in ag. And glad to have you here, Jim.

Great. Thanks, Steve, and thanks for the opportunity to be here, and good morning to everybody here in the room. And yes, I know we've got some folks joining us on the webcast today.
