Jump right into CSX. Good morning, continuing with our day 2 of our Transport -- 26th Annual Transport Conference. Again for those that are new to joining the room, I'm Ken Hoexter, Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Air Freight and Service Transportation and Marine/Shipping Analyst. So today we have up next, Jim Foote, CEO of CSX. Also in the room Mark Wallace, Head of Marketing; and Bill Slater from Investor Relations. Jim has been CSX's CEO since December of 2017, having joined the company in October of that year after serving as EVP and CMO at Canadian National from 2000 to 2009. I am going to test Jim's memory here a bit. But I've been covering the group for just over 17 years now. And before moving the conference to Boston 9 years ago, we hosted our Annual Transport Conference at the St. Regis Hotel in New York for about a dozen years.
