Thank you and good morning. Welcome to our 2020 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, our first virtual shareholder meeting. I'm Chuck Sonsteby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Darden Restaurants. We're holding the meeting virtually due to public health concerns as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
