Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining us for my second panel in this room. Pleased to have Essex Property Trust with me. To my left is President and COO, Angela Kleiman. To her left is Essex Property, Executive Vice President and CFO, Barb Pak; and to Barb's left is Rylan Burns, Group VP, Private Equity and Finance. So I'll pass it off to the company for some opening remarks about Essex, and then we can jump into Q&A. As always, I definitely encourage questions. Don't be shy, my [not] calling someone.
