Good afternoon, I think, if you're in the East Coast. My name is Andrew Obin. I'm BofA Merrill Lynch's multi-industrial analyst. The big thing -- theme for industrials is a lot more technology presence companies we cover trying to transition to more software. And we're very lucky to have with us Jim Lico, President and CEO of Fortive. And Fortive is one of the most interesting companies we cover. Great pedigree, 3 years ago came out of Danaher, really at the forefront of transitioning away from a traditional hardware-centric model to more -- to a model driven by more recurring revenue and more software.
And Jim Lico, the company's President and CEO is sort of recognized, I think, as one of the best CEOs in the sector. And we're very happy to have him here. They've done tremendous things with the company, I think, over the past 3 years. And we will talk about the transformation at Fortive and about how the company is going to grow recurring revenues and specifically, the company's software strategy going forward.
