I would now like to hand the conference over to your speaker today, Robert Gerard, Chairman of the Board of H&R Block. Thank you. Please go ahead, sir.
Good morning, and welcome to our 58th Annual Meeting. Although the circumstances driving our decision to go virtual are obviously unfortunate, we're delighted to enable participation to a broad range of shareholders all over the world.
I'm joined at this meeting by Scott Andreasen, our Vice President and Secretary; and Jeff Jones, our President and CEO, is also available to answer questions during the Q&A session.
All the nominees for election to the Board are present virtually at this meeting, and I would like to thank the entire Board for its effort over the past year.
