Good afternoon, and good morning to our international investors. Welcome to our second Investor Day. And as you can see, it's our PGM Investor Day. All right. Today, I will again be assisted by a number of executives and senior managers of our organization. And as you know, I rate the importance of people and specifically our people very, very highly. And today, you will again get significant exposure to both the competence and the depth of management within our organization. I'm pleased to kick start the session with a brief introduction on our PGM journey. So let's have a look at that on the next slide.
