Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2021 Trade Desk Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to introduce the first presenter, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jeff Green.
Hello. Welcome to The Trade Desk 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Jeff Green, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I call this meeting to order. We have the following officers of the company in attendance: Blake Grayson, our CFO; and Jay Grant, our Chief Legal Officer, in addition to myself.
Other members of our Board of Directors in attendance are Lise Buyer, Kate Falberg, Eric Paley, David Pickles, Gokul Rajaram and David Wells. I would also like to introduce Robert Irving of PwC, our independent registered public accounting firm for the 2020 fiscal year.
