All right. Good afternoon, everyone. So next up, we have United Rentals. And we're pleased to welcome Matt Flannery and Jessica Graziano, CEO and CFO. So Matt, maybe you can just kick it off.
Obviously, you're about 4 months into your new role. Can you just talk about some of your key priorities going forward and especially given some of the concerns in the macro environment more recently?
Certainly. Great. So I would say -- give Mike credit for having done a great job starting to prepare me. So I've been kind of rolling into this opportunity to lead the company. But as I think about my days and how it's changed -- first and foremost, the thing we had to focus on is getting the executive team in place. So Jessica's already in place, very fortunate for that. On top of that, we've had 2 very qualified candidates to split the duties that I was doing as COO.
