In my capacity as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I open this 29th AGM, and welcome you most warmly. It takes place here in this Vienna stockholder. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 crisis, we cannot welcome you personally here. After postponing the date, which was planned for May, the Management Board decided to protect the shareholders and other participants to have a virtual AGM.
So today, we will have a virtual AGM in compliance with the company law COVID-19 act, and the AGM will be completely transmitted on the Internet. I welcome all shareholders and all in those interested who are following us via the Internet.
In the assembly hall, I welcome the members of the Managing Board, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Rudolf Ertl; the Second Deputy Chairperson, Mag. Maria Kubitschek; and the Chair of the Audit Committee, Mag. Dr. Gertrude Tumpel-Gugerell.
