Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Day 2. It's got (inaudible) more difficult to walk up stairs after the 6 a.m. spinning class. It was great to share a beer to you yesterday. I hope you guys enjoyed the experience. I want to take a moment before we start today, just to thank the local team yesterday. It was a lot of logistics organization behind the scenes. Everyone involved, all the food, the immersion experience was fantastic. So I really appreciate what you guys did.
So yesterday, we heard a few reflections from Michel on the journey of the company, the progress that we've made on the 3 global strategic pillars from today and the growth team and Fernando and Ezgi, and how that is driving performance across our key developing markets from Lisboa and the team.
