Thank you. Good day to everyone, and thank you for joining us for our fourth quarter 2019 conference call and webcast. We will be happy to take your questions after our initial remarks.
2019 was very challenging. Weaker macroeconomic and market conditions prevailed in several of our businesses. Our EBITDA for the year reached $2.455 billion, slightly better than the guidance we provided during our third quarter call. Adjusting for the sale of our Kentucky and certain U.K. assets,
