Snap-on, which is a leading manufacturer of premium tools, tool storage, equipment diagnostics and serving exclusively professional customers in auto repair, dealerships, various industries, commodity markets and the military and government. Over a history of nearly 100 years, Snap-on's developed a very strong reputation for building high quality and precision tools. They've also done a great job of building very strong brand, that has very high loyalty, and so much so that Snap-on actually has 200,000 Instagram followers, which I think is sort of incredible for a company that manufactures tools and distributes them. From Snap-on, we have Nick Pinchuk, who served as the CEO past 11 years and Chairman for the past 10. Prior to that, he served as Snap-on's COO and held senior roles at United, Carrier and Ford.
