Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. This is Carola Bardelli, Head of Investor Relations. I am pleased to welcome you to our Full Year 2018 Results and 2019, 2021 Plan Presentation. It is an honor for me to introduce: our CEO, Luigi Gubitosi; our CFO, Piergiorgio Peluso; and on the line we also have from Brazil, TIM Brasil CFO, Adrian Calaza.
