Okay. Great. Thanks very much for joining us. Next, I would like to welcome Steve Schwarzman, Chairman and CEO of Blackstone. 2019 was truly a remarkable year for Blackstone, with many accomplishments, including all-time high assets under management surpassing $550 billion, record fundraising of almost $150 billion over the last 12 months and accelerating capital deployment. In addition, the firm changed its corporate structure to C-Corp from a publicly traded partnership, and so its share price appreciated by over 80% from the time we were sitting here last year. So with many growth initiatives still underway, we're looking forward to hearing from Steve, how Blackstone is positioned for the future and of course, getting your perspectives on the market today.
