Good morning. My name is Allison Malkin, and I'm a Partner at ICR. I have the pleasure of moderating the fireside chat for Caleres. Caleres is a premier global footwear company. Home to a powerful portfolio of brands and the family footwear and chain Famous Footwear, with over 1,000 locations.
Over the past several years, the company has transformed its business model, allowing it to achieve higher profitability and future growth. This effort has increased its earnings potential. In fact, yesterday, the company preannounced -- actually, reaffirmed its guidance in a press release, marking its third consecutive year of reporting earnings over $4 a share.
